3. Shipping Costs
· Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $5.99 USD applies to orders under $60 USD.
· Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $60 USD or more.
4. Delivery Timelines
· Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
· Please note that these are estimates. Customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, returns, or lost packages resulting from inaccurate address information.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests received after this period.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
· Unused, unopened, and in original condition.
· Returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
· Opened or used skincare/cosmetic products (unless defective)
· Personalised items
· Gift cards
· Items marked “Final Sale”
4. Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item with the RA number visible. Drop it off with the designated carrier.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
· Customer-Paid Returns: Standard return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
· Prepaid Label Option: For convenience, we may deduct a flat return shipping fee from your refund upon request to provide a prepaid label.
